Shipments and returns
1 - SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are processed within 1-7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification.
We have no control over potential delays due to problems with the postal service or force majeure events, but we will endeavour to process orders as soon as possible.
2 - RATES AND ESTIMATES FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Free shipping is provided for all orders in Italy and from 100€ in Europe.
The shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at check-out.
We currently offer international shipping to Europe, Switzerland, USA and UK.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Mon Lien Atelier is not responsible for these additional charges, which are your responsibility as a customer.
3 - HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. The tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at monlienatelier@gmail.com specifying your name and order number and we will make the necessary checks.
4 - RETURNS
We hope you love our products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to make a return
- Contact us at monlienatelier@gmail.com to request a return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- We can arrange a return shipping label with our courier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and can be paid via a secure payment link. Alternatively, you may choose your own courier.
- Carefully pack the items using the original packaging and send them to the following address: Via Antonio Baldissera, 1 - 20129 Milan Italy
- International returns: clearly mark the package as “Return for Customs Purposes” to avoid customs charges.
- Include a note stating the reason for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
5 - DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as customised products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of clearance items or gift cards.
6 - CHANGES
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The European Union provides for a 14-day cooling-off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
7 - REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and checked, we will inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
